SNAP: See 0005.06.06 (Disqualifying Authorized Representatives) for information on when to disqualify an authorized representative.

MAXIS will send a notice to the client and the client's authorized representative 30 days before the date of disqualification. The notice must include all the information listed in 0026.03 (Content of Notices).

This provision does not apply to drug and alcohol centers and group homes that appoint authorized representatives for clients.
