SNAP: Exclude reimbursements for expenses, other than normal living expenses. This includes reimbursements from employment and training programs, volunteer service programs, county social services programs, jury duty, employment, and reimbursements for medical expenses.

Exclude reimbursements or flat allowances for job or training related expenses such as travel, per diem, uniforms, and transportation to and from a job or training site over and above basic wages, regardless of the amount.
