SNAP: Exclude any payments made to people because of their status as victims of Nazi persecution. This includes reparation payments the Federal Republic of Germany makes to certain survivors of the Holocaust. They may be monthly payments or a lump sum payment.

Exclude Netherlands' Act (WUV) payments to victims of Nazi (German) persecution. See NETHERLANDS' ACT (WUV) in 0002.45 (Glossary: Netherlands' Act...) for a description of these payments.

Exclude payments from Crime Victims Compensation Payment from Public Law 103.322, section 230202 – Crime Act of 1984.
