PAYMENTS RESULTING FROM DISASTER DECLARATION

MFIP, DWP, SNAP, MSA, GA, GRH: Do not count federal payments issued due to a presidential declaration of disaster. Federal payments include, but are not limited to, grants from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Do not count disaster relief payments made by states, local governments, and disaster relief organizations such as Red Cross and Salvation Army.
