● Shelters (other than emergency shelters).

● Supervised board and lodging facilities.

● Facilities based on an emergency hold.

● Placements in training and habilitation programs (including a rehabilitation facility or work or employment program).

● Day training and habilitation programs.

● Assisted living services.

● Placements with an indeterminate commitment, including independent living.
