SANCTIONS FOR NOT MEETING SNAP WORK RULES

If the sanctioned member is NOT the PWE, they may reestablish eligibility if the sanctioned person becomes exempt from work requirements as listed in 0028.06.12 (Who Is Exempt From SNAP Work Registration) during the sanction period.

If the sanction unit or person reestablishes eligibility under 1 of the options above, prior to the end of the closure month, the sanction can be lifted. This would not be considered a sanction occurrence and would not be counted for any future sanction occurrences. Update the case and remove the sanction. Explain in case notes how the person reestablished eligibility.
