Case Example 1 PRI 1: Working 30 hours per week. Non-Related Adult: Working 30 hours per week. Family Size: 4 The Non-related Adult does NOT meet the definition of family and is not part of the CCAP family. Authorized Activity • Activity meets authorized activity requirements for all CCAP subprograms. Service Authorization • All children are eligible for authorized hours to support PR1’s authorized activity. Case Example 2 PRI 1 and Non-related adult get married. PRI 1: Working 30 hours per week. PRI 2: Working 30 hours per week. Family Size: 5 The marriage changes the relationship status of the non-related adult from unrelated to related as a step-parent and must be included in the CCAP family size. Authorized Activities • PRI 1: Activity meets authorized activity requirements for all CCAP subprograms. • PRI 2: Activity meets authorized activity requirements for all CCAP subprograms. Authorization • All children in the family are eligible for authorized hours to support authorized activities when activity schedules overlap.
