Information about legal nonlicensed providers If your agency receives a request for public information about legal nonlicensed (LNL) providers, provide the requested information on all legal nonlicensed providers currently registered by your CCAP agency. Do not identify which legal nonlicensed providers are currently serving CCAP families or currently getting paid with CCAP funds. Note: It is recommended that the provider worker document all data requests pertaining to the provider in MEC² on the Provider Notes window.
