Outreach Informational Outreach Informational Outreach includes activities Service Providers perform to promote awareness of the Energy Assistance Program, with the related goal of increased program participation. It specifically includes activities aimed to increase participation of eligible target group households. Accessibility Outreach Accessibility Outreach includes activities specifically aimed at helping households to apply for EAP benefits, when they would otherwise be unable to successfully do so without such assistance.
