• Case number. • Client ID number. • Program(s) effected. • The release date from prison if the client was incarcerated. • The month(s) effected. The ticket will be assigned and flagged as a bad match and when the report runs for the following month the client's programs will not be affected. SSA PRISONER MATCH The quarterly prisoner match between the Social Security Adminis- tration and Bridges runs for individuals 16 years and older who are pending or active. When a match is found, a task and reminder will be sent to the specialist. Specialists are expected to act on this within 12 days. Be sure to update the living arrangement type to prison and the prison type to Prison SSA, if necessary and run EDBC. If no action is taken within 10 days, it will be escalated to the supervisor. FIP, SDA, RCA and FAP In addition to updating the living arrangement type and prison type, a MDHHS- 5909, Social Security Administration (SSA) Prisoner Match Client Notice, must be sent to the group to verify if the group member is in prison, before member removal or case closure can be completed, if appropriate. FIP, SDA, RCA and FAP will pend for 10 days. A task and reminder will be sent to the specialist after the 10 days. Update the living arrangement page if needed and run EDBC. Eligibility will then be re-determined for FIP, SDA, RCA and FAP. Failure to respond to notice FAP Only Change reporting FAP groups that do not respond to the SSA Prisoner Match notice, will have their case closed following negative action rules. If a simplified reporting group does not respond to the SSA Prisoner Match notice by the due date listed on the notice, the individual on the match will be removed from the group following negative action rules.
