Client or AHR Requests A written request for rehearing or reconsideration must be either faxed or mailed to MOAHR as follows: The written request must be faxed to 517-763-0155 and labeled as follows: Attention: MOAHR Rehearing/Reconsideration Request. If submitted by mail, the written request must be addressed as follows: Michigan Office of Administrative Hearings and Rules Reconsideration/Rehearing Request P.O. Box 30639 Lansing, MI 48909-07322 All Requests MOAHR will not review any response filed to any rehearing/reconsideration requests. A request must be received by MOAHR within 30 days of the date the hearing decision is mailed. Granting a Rehearing/ Reconsideration All Programs MOAHR will either grant or deny a rehearing/reconsideration request and will send written notice of the decision to all parties to the original hearing. Exception: MOAHR will not grant a rehearing involving FAP-IPV. If MOAHR grants a reconsideration, a reconsideration decision will be issued.
