AN ACT concerning 1

Food Stamp Program – Minimum Benefit – State Supplement 2

FOR the purpose of requiring authorizing requiring the State to provide a certain 3 supplement to a household that includes a certain individual who receives a federally 4 funded benefit of less than a certain amount per month under the food stamp 5 program; requiring the Department of Human Resources to notify the Department 6 of Legislative Services within a certain time period after the federal government fully 7 funds a certain minimum benefit; providing for the termination of this Act; and 8 generally relating to the food stamp program. 9
