Underutilization Monitoring ● If a family receives a letter from the LDOE that indicates they are on the CCAP Underutilization Report and the family is scanning in and out daily, the family should immediately contact the Department at 1-877-453-2721. ● If the case is closed due to the family appearing on the CCAP Underutilization Report, the parent will have to reapply and, if still deemed eligible, will be placed on the Waiting List until additional funds are available for Child Care Assistance.
