INFOPAC REPORT LAMR55P - PSEUDO SSN MUST BE CHECKED AND ACTION TAKEN FOR ALL ACTIVE CASES APPEARING ON THE LISTING. HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS ON THIS LIST HAVE HAD PSEUDO SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS IN LITE FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS.

B-412-1-SNAP - PR Application Date on or Before the 15th of the Month

If the household fails to submit or apply for an SSN without good cause, disqualify the member by selecting the appropriate reason on the Reason SSN Not Applied For dropdown on the Person Demographics – SSN Application screen in LITE.

LITE will automatically send Advance Notice of Adverse Action to remove the disqualified member(s) from the SNAP household effective the month following the initial month of certification.

If the household fails to submit or apply for an SSN without good cause, disqualify the member by selecting the appropriate reason on the Reason SSN Not Applied For dropdown on the Person Demographics – SSN Application screen in LITE.

LITE will automatically send Advance Notice of Adverse Action to remove the disqualified member(s) from the SNAP household effective the month following the second month of certification.
