Can START funds be used to pay for study-abroad or exchange programs?

As part of such a program, if you are actually enrolled in an eligible educational institution then START funds may be used to pay for the program. The school at which you actually enroll as part of such a program (not necessarily the school where the classes are held) will be the school that determines "cost of attendance".
