Dear Commissioner Lee,

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is issuing technical corrections to Kentucky’s section 1115 demonstration, entitled “TEAMKY” (Project Numbers 11-W-00306/4 and 21-W-00067/4), which was approved on December 12, 2024. CMS made the following technical corrections to the Special Terms and Conditions (STCs):

 Modification to STC 113(a)(i) to clarify the eligibility criteria by adding “or have received pre-release services under the Reentry demonstration initiative”.  Modification to STC 113(a)(ii) to strike “BHCDP” and change “a” to “an”.  Correction to the numbers for the demonstration years in the STC tables.
