L. Work registration exemption at application/recertification and member add is determined by the system based on how applicable questions are answered. Each member’s information must be carefully reviewed at each case action that may affect work registration status.

M. Persons who are deemed not eligible to receive an SSN. This includes aliens who are directed to apply for an SSN to assist in determining eligibility for assistance.

N. An Indian, Urban Indian, or California Indian (as defined in section 4 of the Indian Healthcare Improvement Act).
