The employee will not receive any more or less than the total gross no matter how many hours more or less they work. It is a set, agreed-upon amount and will not go up or down without another contract. (This income is also annualized.)

Example 3: Contract stipulates the recipient is to be paid so much an hour with no annual amount established. (This income is not annualized but is prorated over the period of time the income is intended to cover.)
