If yes, return to step four. 6. Hearing held by day 15. 7. Decision Order issued by day 25 after the date of the hearing request. 8. Exception(s) filed by day 40? If yes, continue to step nine and 10. If no, see step 11 and 12. 9. Hearing file sent to Cabinet Secretary/Secretary’s Designee for review and Final Order to be drafted. 10. Final Order issued by day 60. 11. Decision Order becomes Final Order. 12. Hearing closed and archived by OAH. 13. Final Order appealed to Circuit Court? If yes, continue to step 14 through 16. 14.
