Are participants reassessed? Yes No When are participants reassessed? If there is a major change in the participant's situation the career navigator may reassess the client. Also, if a client's Mandatory E&T case is closed for more than one year, they are reassessed when they return to Mandatory E&T. If the case is closed for less than one year, the career navigator meets with the client to determine if changes have occurred that require a full reassessment. How are participants reassessed? The career navigator has the client complete a new self-assessment form, or may review the existing self-assessment form with the client and note any changes.
