Good cause for voluntary quit: Circumstances beyond the clients control including but not limited to; client injury or illness, household emergency, employer discrimination, or work demands or conditions that are unreasonable such as working without being paid on schedule. Describe the State agency's process to determine good cause if there is not an appropriate and available opening for an E&T participant. We are a voluntary state, and we offer a statewide program that serves all 92 counties.
