Indiana contracted with the Indiana Minority Health Coalition (IMHC) to assure health assistance to targeted low-income children who are American Indians. The IMHC has a local Native American coalition which worked closely with the IMHC and the State of Indiana to develop culturally sensitive materials targeting a Native American audience. The State will continue to engage in collaborations with the Native American Minority Health Coalition to ensure that Native American children who are eligible for Hoosier Healthwise receive assistance.
