Reason(s) for non-compliance: • The Lead Agency does not post full monitoring and inspection reports that include all areas of compliance and non-compliance for all providers, as required by 98.33(a)(4)(ii). (Plan Question 5.5.4a). Please note the Lead Agency has an approved waiver for portions of this requirement through August 1, 2026. Overall Target Completion Date: 10/31/2026 Action Step Number Action Step Description Target Completion Date 1 The Lead Agency is currently developing a new integrated system to support child care licensing, quality practice and CCDF. That system is scheduled to be released 9/2/2025. After the initial release, development can occur to post full monitoring and inspection reports that include all areas of compliance and non-compliance for all providers. The Lead Agency does not have funding to implement this change in the existing system or to delay the new system release to accommodate this change. 10/31/2026 2 In preparation for this update, we have implemented an internal policy for all licensing consultants to complete the full checklist by checking all compliance and non-compliance standards, previously consultants only checked non-compliance standards. 10/31/2024
