How to apply for RCAP

The RCAP facility assists the applicant in completing the RCAP application. However, the applicant’s family, guardian or advocate may assist in completion of the application. Complete the RCAP application, available below, and provide supporting documentation as indicated in the application All documentation must be submitted at the same time as the application, or the application will be denied by DFR.

p> Only one application per email can be sent to the Division of Family Resources in order for the application to be considered by DFR. Completed applications must emailed to the Division of Family Resources at FSSA.APPS4RCAP@fssa.in.gov . Incomplete applications will not be processed.
