The fees collected under this schedule shall be disbursed as follows: (A) The clerk shall retain a sum, in an amount not to exceed $50 in a county with a population of 3,000,000 or more and in an amount not to exceed $10 in any other county determined by the clerk with the approval of the Supreme Court, to be used for court automation, court document storage, and administrative purposes. (B) The clerk shall remit up to $14 $9 to the State Treasurer.
