IDHS does not fund any English Language Acquisition providers in our SNAP E&T program. Providers and FCRCs may partner with English Language Acquisition institutions to provide instruction and SNAP E&T providers/FCRCs provide case management in terms of support, program case management, program management and communication with the state. State Policy clearly states all other resources must be used prior to the use of SNAP E&T fund for all educational purposes. Cost parity.
