PM 01-07-07-b: Appeal of Determination of "Not Disabled"

The Family Community Resource Center schedules and coordinates the pre-hearing meeting when the issue being appealed is a determination of "not disabled". The Client Assessment Unit (CAU) reconsiders its findings using all available medical facts and reports. CAU reconsiders their findings even if there is no new information. During the process, the applicant may submit new medical information or other evidence.
