PM 01-02-05: Referral for Rehabilitative Services (TANF)

WAG 01-02-05.

A TANF parent who is unable to work due to a chronic medical condition must cooperate with the Office of Rehabilitation Services when referred for specific medical treatment or services. The client is only referred for treatment or rehabilitation services when it will help them become employable. The person can refuse referral if they have good cause.
