Customer Notices

Letters were mailed to HBIA customers on April 1, 2025, providing them with 90 days' notice of loss of coverage. A special customer notice was mailed in mid-April to customers who may potentially be eligible for Marketplace coverage with additional information on how to enroll in a Marketplace plan. A final notice notifying customers of the program closure was mailed to all customers on June 20, 2025.

If a customer did not receive a closure notice or would like to request a copy of their closure notice, please contact HFS at 1-877-805-5312 to have a notice resent to you.
