Status Acceptable Documentation CCA Status Lawfully admitted permanent resident (Cont.) • Cuban or Haitian (CH-6, CU-6, CU-7, LB-2, LB-6, LB-7) • Parolee (LA) • Refugee (R8-6, RE-6, RE-7, RE-8, RE-9) ▪ Form I-327, Permit to Reenter the United States. ▪ I-94, Arrival/Departure Record, with temporary I-551 stamp. ▪ Foreign passport stamped showing temporary evidence of lawful permanent resident or I-551 status. ▪ Form I-181, Memorandum of Creation of Lawful Permanent Residence, with approval stamp. ▪ Order issued by the USCIS, an immigration judge, the Board of Immigration Appeals, or a federal court granting registry, suspension of deportation, cancellation of removal, or adjustment of status. ▪ Any verification from the USCIS or other authoritative document.
