§17-1722-122 State pharmacy assistance program card. Program members may be issued a state pharmacy assistance program card from the department or the department’s designee. [Eff 12/29/05 ] (Auth: SLH 2005, Act 209) (Imp: SLH 2005, Act 209)

§17-1722-123 Quality control reviews. (a) Quality reviews shall be conducted at intervals determined necessary by the department. (b) Pharmacies or PDP’s selected for reviews shall furnish the requested information within ten working days of the request.
