We also work to encourage self- sufficiency and support the well-being of individuals, families, and communities in Hawaii. Our E&T program supports self-sufficiency by emphasizing skill building to expand equitable access to education and family-supporting careers, while working with local employers to meet their need for a skilled workforce.
