Appendix C- CAPS Reimbursement Rates, effective March 2, 2026

CAPS Reimbursement Rates

CAPS has established a state maximum rate to reimburse providers based on the location where care is provided, the type of child care provider selected, the age of the child, and the type of care being provided. When multiple types of care are provided for the same child within the same service week (i.e., full time, part time, before and/or after), the maximum rate CAPS will reimburse the provider is the state maximum rate for full time care.
