• If an individual is a victim of domestic violence, the ARP must focus on providing for the ongoing safety of the individual and his or her children. • If an individual has medical, mental health, and/or substance abuse issues, the ARP may focus on the medical, substance abuse, or mental health treatment plans. • Where appropriate, the program will provide reasonable accommodations and language assistance to participants to ensure meaningful access and effective communication.
