9095.17 Retention Rates
A. The retention rates for DHSS are as follows: If DHSS collects an . . . then the retention rate is . . . (1) IPV claim 35 percent. (2) IHE claim 20 percent. (3) IHE claim by reducing a person's unemployment compensation benefit 35 percent. (4) AE claim Zero percent B.
