9044.3 Households Not Entitled to Combined Allotments

The provision of DSSM 9044.2 does not apply to households determined ineligible to receive benefits for the initial month of application or the next subsequent month. Households eligible for expedited service may receive benefits for the initial month under verification standards set forth in DSSM 9041.6 Special Procedures for Expedited Service.
