3007 TANF Supportive Services and Transitional Benefits
The Division will ensure that Supportive Services are available. The Division will ensure the availability of these services, to the extent it determines they are necessary for a recipient to participate. Currently child care is provided in accordance with child care policy in DSSM 11000. Transportation assistance is provided in accordance with DSSM 3007.6. All other supportive services are included and provided by vendors as specified in the employment contracts. 8 DE Reg. 1618 (5/01/05)
