ACTION REQUIRED
The new income limits will be updated in the eligibility system with the appropriate effective dates.
The eligibility system will identify the cases that were denied or closed due to the new income limits that were put into production during adverse action in December 2025. Staff will receive a closed case report and will need to run eligibility for these cases.
