AN ACT ADJUSTING THE STATE BUDGET FOR THE BIENNIUM ENDING JUNE 30, 2023, CONCERNING PROVISIONS RELATED TO REVENUE, SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION AND OTHER ITEMS TO IMPLEMENT THE STATE BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING AND ADJUSTING BONDS OF THE STATE. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2022) The amounts appropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, in section 1 of special act 21-15, regarding the GENERAL FUND are amended to read as follows:
