i. Attendance at the Hearing

The hearing shall be attended by an individual representing the department, the parent or the parent’s representative pursuant to section 17b-60 of the Connecticut General Statutes.

Both parties may call witnesses, except the administrative hearing official may restrict attendance when necessary to protect confidentiality.
