c. Payment End Date

Eligibility for payment shall terminate automatically as of the date printed on the certificate of payment. Additional notice shall not be required.

A certificate of payment shall be cancelled prior to the date indicated on the certificate under the following circumstances: if the family or child becomes ineligible for CCAP; if the child care provider becomes ineligible for CCAP; or if changes in household circumstances, the activity schedule or provider arrangements require recalculation of the benefit.

Notice shall be given pursuant to the requirements of subsection (c) of section 17b-749-07 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.

Payment eligibility shall end on the earlier of the following dates: the date specified on the certificate of payment; the last day services are provided; six calendar months from the start of the payment authorization period, but not later than the last day of the month family is scheduled for redetermination; the day the ten day advance notice of adverse action expires; or the date the notice of adverse action is issued if advance notice is not required.
