2020.05 A. A group of individuals living together, buying food, preparing meals for home consumption and eating together are, as a general rule, a Food Stamp assistance unit.
B. Individuals do not need to be related to each other in order to be in the same Food Stamp assistance unit.
C. Certain closely related family members must be included in the same assistance unit unless they meet the special conditions applicable only to certain elderly or disabled individuals.
