1545 The eligibility of an assistance unit is periodically redetermined by the Department. During the redetermination, all factors relating to eligibility and benefit level are subject to review. This chapter discusses the requirements of the redetermination process, its purpose, and how the Department conducts a redetermination of eligibility.
