Food Package IA, Infants Birth to 3 Months Food Package IB, Infants 4 to 5 Months *Only contract infant formula may be issued for infants. Infant formula amounts must be individually tailored to the amounts that meet nutritional needs of the infant. The standard infant formula contains 20 Kcals/ounce.
