SUBJECT: Legislative Inquiries

POLICY All Federal and State legislative inquiries (US Senate, Congress and/or State legislature) must be reported to the State WIC Director. Include the following information in outreach reports: • Date of contact • Name and affiliation of the contract person • Nature of local agency staff involvement • Reason for contact or related background information
