3.607.2 Workforce Development Screening

All work eligible clients will have a Workforce Development Screening completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of application as defined in section 26-2-708, C.R.S. Benefits shall not be delayed or postponed for any Workforce Development requirement. The Workforce Development Screening shall consist of an evaluation of basic skills, past employment, and employability for a client who is 18 years of age or older, or who is 16 years of age or older, but is not yet 18 years old and is not attending high school or a high school equivalency program and has not completed high school or obtained a certificate of high school equivalency.
