A standard deduction of 8.31% of the federal poverty income guidelines for the household size as described in Section 4.401.2 will be used to calculate the amount that is allowed to all households. The established standard amount will be adjusted annually as announced by FNS, USDA. The calculation of 8.31% of the federal poverty income guidelines for eligible members will be used for all households up to the household size of six (6).
