420 ENROLLMENT OF ALL ELIGIBLE PERSONS IN A FAMILY

420.1 If one eligible child from a family is enrolled in the Children’s Basic Health Plan, all eligible children in that family must be enrolled in the Children’s Basic Health Plan. 420.2 All eligible children in a family must be enrolled in the same MCO.
