Each individual or household has the right to a fair hearing to appeal a denial, reduction, or termination of benefits due to a determination of non-exempt status or failure to comply with the work registration requirement of workfare. If a fair hearing is requested, the household shall be allowed to examine its workfare case file before the hearing. Information not released to the household may not be used at the hearing. The results of the hearing shall be binding for the SNAP office. 6
