20 4. Outreach Project Details The table below outlines the outreach project details for the respective partners. Each project timeline will follow the Federal Fiscal year of October 1, 2025– September 30, 2026. CDHS will provide oversight, technical assistance, training, and outcome monitoring for each of the projects as the state agency. Entities providing phone application assistance will utilize CDHS’ telephonic signature protocol in accordance with FNS policy and will be monitored for compliance.
